It's been a busy 30 days at NeighborLink Fort Wayne as we've had volunteers out doing all kinds of projects to help their neighbors in need. Volunteers have selected, organized, and completed 100 projects in the past 30 days, which puts our grand total to just over 600 completed projects in 2016 to date. We set a goal in mid-October to get 100 projects done by the end of November, which would put us on track to hit 650 projects for the year. With a little over two weeks left in the month, we're ahead of our goals and eager to inch towards 700 for the year.
We're excited less about the numbers and more for the fact that so many volunteers got to experience a NeighborLink project in the past month. We've had a lot of ongoing volunteers out and lots of new volunteers, including several businesses using NL to mobilize their staff to impact their communities. Below is a quick overview of all the types of projects and the amounts of each type of project that were completed in the past 30 days.
